Steve and David are incredible. We called on a Saturday afternoon for an unknown leak in the garage and they had found the leak and repaired it by the end of the day. It was in the subfloor of my home, a very unlikely spot to ever look for this type of leak and they chased the leak all the way to the second floor and it has been dry ever since. A very hard find but they knew exactly how to maneuver the space of my home and garage to pinpoint the exact location! We are still so impressed and thankful! In addition to the pipe leak, Steve repaired the drywall that needed to be replaced, as well as helped repair another spot from a former opening. He also was able to help mitigate some mold areas for us cause by the broken pipe. David fixed our garbage disposal and found a tiny piece of plastic that has been caught between the sides of the disposal for a while! We are so incredibly impressed and grateful for their time, honesty, quality of work, and talent! We are customers for life!!!

They scheduled my service quickly at a time that fit my schedule. The service tech, David, was friendly and professional. He explained the features of the new water heater, hauled away all the trash, and left the area clean when he was finished. I highly recommend River City Water Heaters!

My hot water heater had a leak, due to the bottom rusting out. I called River City to get a quote. David answered my call, and was super helpful. He was able to not only get me an amazing price on the work, but was able to come out the next day. Steve was great! I called in the morning to have a new water heater installed. He was there in a couple hours. Changed it out the same day at a great price! He is honest and reliable. Not something you get much anymore! Call them!

Water heater went out so I called River City Water Heaters & Plumbing. Easy to talk to and very fast response. Explained the issue I was having and issue was resolved that day. Would highly recommend this place.
